At Ngwellbeing, we believe that mental health support must be measurable to be effective. Our goals are designed to address the immediate needs of young people in Buckinghamshire while building a sustainable framework for the future.
We categorize our objectives into three core areas: Awareness, Accessibility, and Advocacy.
The benchmarks we use to track our progress.
To deliver mental health literacy workshops to at least 20 local schools and faith groups annually, reducing the stigma surrounding youth mental health.
To provide 500+ one-to-one "Listening Ear" sessions per year, ensuring that no young person in our community waits longer than 7 days for a non-clinical initial chat.
To equip 80% of our program participants with at least three tangible coping strategies they can apply to their daily lives immediately.
A visual representation of how we scale our impact across the county.
Establish strong partnerships with Buckinghamshire secondary schools and youth centers to integrate "Listening Ear" sessions.
Launch the "Wellbeing Ambassador" program, training local volunteers to recognize signs of isolation in their communities.
Influence local policy to prioritize non-clinical mental health support as a standard prevention model in youth services.
